Refund Policy

Your refund will be processed within 2 business days after your return request is approved and the product has been received by us. The refund will be issued through the same payment method you used during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

• You are eligible for store credits against a return.
• Alternatively, you can receive a refund to your Bank Account, UPI, or Amazon Pay Wallet. A payment link will be sent to you to submit your details. The refund will be processed after product pickup. Note: COD handling charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• You can request to cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
• To cancel, please use our Contact Form or email us with your order details.
• For prepaid orders that are cancelled, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Cancellation by Stitchi Michi

Stitchi Michi reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion for reasons including:

• The product is out of stock.
• There is a pricing or description error.
• Payment cannot be verified or there are concerns of fraud.

If your prepaid order is cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment source. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Stitchi Michi.
