7-Day Exchange Policy

All orders are eligible for exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

• Log into your account and navigate to "My Profile". You will find the Return/Exchange option under your orders.
• If you checked out as a guest, scroll to the footer of the website and click on "Request Return", then enter your order details.

Note: We only allow size exchanges for the same item. Exchanges for different products are not accepted at this time.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a pickup and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
